International crude oil prices for Indian Basket at US 110.67 dollars

The international crude oil prices for Indian Basket as computed/published today by the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas was higher at US 110.67 dollar per barrel (bbl).

The price, computed and published by PPAC on their website is based on last trading day's figures of February 2. The price computed/ published on yesterday was based on trading figures of February 1 was US 110.46 dollar per bbl.

In rupee terms, however, the crude oil price was lower today at Rs 5437.22 against Rs 5471.08 per bbl published on February 2 due to rupee appreciation despite higher crude price in dollar terms, recording an exchange rate of Rs 49.13/ US dollar against Rs 49.53/US dollar published on February 2.
